PassKeyboard Terms of Service

In order to use the PassKeyboard software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and the Services, you shall read and abide by the PassKeyboard Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers and others who access or use the Service.

Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, and separate agreements for the opening or use of a service, and choose to accept or not accept. Because you will be legally obeying these terms.

The original Terms of Service are Simplified Chinese. If the translated version of the multilingual language is ambiguous with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

1. The scope of the agreement

This Agreement is an agreement between you and Muuzi Technology regarding the downloading, installation, use, and copying of the Software and the use of PassKeyboard related services.

2. About this service

2.1 Content of the Service

This service content refers to the character encryption storage, management and related systems and technologies that are available to the mass market and can be used on the mobile device, as well as the website passwordkeyboard.com\passwordkeyboard.cn.

PassKeyboard enables its end users to enter, store, and back up data stored on mobile devices while preventing unauthorized access. These data usually refer to a string of information, such as the website username and password, and the phone number.

2.2 Form of the Service

2.2.1 Your use of the Service requires the download of the PassKeyboard Client Software, for which PassKeyboard gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license.

2.2.2 The PassKeyboard client software in this service provides multiple application versions including but not limited to iOS, Android, Windows, Chrome plug-in, etc. Users must select the software version that matches the installed terminal device.

2.3 The scope of this service license

2.3.1 PassKeyboard gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software. You may install, use, display, and operate the Software on a mobile device for non-commercial purposes.

2.3.2 All other rights not expressly granted by this section and other terms of this Agreement are retained by PassKeyboard and you must obtain additional written permission from PassKeyboard to exercise these rights. PassKeyboard does not constitute a waiver of the right if it does not exercise any of the foregoing rights.

3. Software acquisition, installation and update

3.1 Software Acquisition

3.1.1 You can download the Android version of the software for free from the official website of PassKeyboard (www.passwordkeyboard.com), or you can also download the third-party Android from our official account (Wholesale Workshop, Muuzi Technology). App store free download, including: Coolan Market, Hammer App Store, Google Play, vivo App Store, Ali App (pea pod, PP assistant), Lenovo Music Store, Meizu App Store, Tencent App Store, oppo App Store, Baidu Mobile assistant, Samsung App Store, Huawei App Store, Xiaomi App Store. The iOS version is only available for free download on the Apple App Store.

3.1.2 You need to understand that in order to prevent the software from being maliciously cracked and decompiled, we will use software security hardening services provided by third-party professional service providers, including but not limited to the following service providers: AiJiaMi (www.ijiami.cn) , BangBang Security (www.bangcle.com), Tencent Legu (cloud.tencent.com/product/ms), 360 JiaGu (jiagu.360.cn), Alibaba Security (jaq.alibaba.com), JiWei Security (www.kiwisec.com).

3.1.3 If you obtain the software from a third-party Android app store that has not been installed on Passkeyboard's official account (Wholesale Workshop, Muuzi Technology), or use the same installer as the software name, PassKeyboard cannot guarantee that the software can Normal use and will not be responsible for any damage caused to you.

3.2 Software Installation

3.2.1 PassKeyboard has developed different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.

3.2.2 After downloading the installer, you need to follow the steps suggested by the program to install it correctly.

3.2.3 If you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall it yourself. If you are willing to help PassKeyboard improve product service, please let me know why it was uninstalled.

3.3 Software Update

3.3.1 In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, PassKeyboard will continuously strive to develop new services and provide software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

3.3.2 In order to ensure the security and consistency of the software and services, PassKeyboard reserves the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some of the software's functional effects.

3.3.3 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. PassKeyboard does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service, please check and download the latest version at any time.

4. About software fees

4.1 Free Edition

4.1.1 The free version of PassKeyboard can add 2 account passwords and 1 universal input for user experience.

4.2 Paid Official Edition

4.2.1 The Pro version of the software requires a fee to use the Pro version of the feature, including multiple mobile devices simultaneously, up to 200 encrypted data storage, cloud synchronization data.

4.2.2 You should understand when using this software that PassKeyboard's iOS version client is paid through the App Store in-app purchase form when it is paid for the Pro version. It is limited by the App Store price list. Pricing may be related to PassKeyboard's Android. Version client pricing is different. Specifically, the price displayed in the software and the corresponding effective length of the Pro version shall prevail. The App Store is an Apple App-specific app store launched by Apple Inc. in the United States.

4.2.3 PassKeyboard reserves the right to modify the Pro version of the upgrade at any time. Any Pro version of the fee change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2.4 After paying to purchase the Pro version, you can see the remaining days of the Pro version of the software at any time in the software. If you do not renew at the end of the usage period, PassKeyboard will only keep 30 days of your record and store it in sync. Cloud data. After more than 30 days, PassKeyboard reserves the right to terminate and delete the storage records in your account. The account will be converted to a free trial account. PassKeyboard is not obligated to return any data to you.

4.3 Refund

4.3.1 The software has been fully delivered when the payment is upgraded to the Pro version, so the payment has not been refunded. You can stop the renewal after the end of the Pro version of the current period.

5. Create account and master password

5.1Create an account

5.1.1 When using a mailbox as the main body of a PassKeyboard account, you must use your own private mailbox instead of a freely filled mailbox. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms.

5.1.2 When using the WeChat account fast login service provided by WeChat open platform as the main body of PassKeyboard account, you must use your own WeChat account. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms. WeChat is an instant messaging service application launched by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. in China.

5.1.3 For security and identification reasons, you will not be able to modify the initial registration information provided when registering an account, including but not limited to changing your email account and replacing your WeChat account.

5.2 Your master password

5.2.1 You should understand when using the software that you will need to create a "master password", which is the only security certificate you use to log in to your PassKeyboard account. This password is used only by you and cannot be disclosed to anyone. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms.

5.2.2 You are responsible for maintaining your master password and the security of entering, storing and synchronizing data using the Software. PassKeyboard doesn't know if your master password is or will be allowed to ask for your master password.

5.2.3 PassKeyboard will use the military-grade PBKDF2WithHmacSHA256 lossy encryption algorithm to store the encrypted string of your master password and use it to verify the identity when logging in to the PassKeyboard account. This means that we will not log your original master password and will not be able to reverse-resolve your master password. So be sure to keep in mind your master password, and once you forget it, PassKeyboard won't help you get it back.

6. Personal Information Protection

6.1 Protecting User Personal Information is a basic principle of PassKeyboard, and PassKeyboard will take reasonable steps to protect the user's personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, PassKeyboard will not disclose or disclose the user's personal information to third parties without the user's permission. PassKeyboard uses professional encryption storage and transmission methods for related information to ensure the security of users' personal information.

6.2 You will need to provide some necessary information when you register your account or use the service. If there are special provisions in national laws, regulations or policies, you need to provide true identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you will not be able to use the service or be restricted during use.

6.3 PassKeyboard will use a variety of security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

6.4 PassKeyboard will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Muuzi Technology without your consent, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

6.5 PassKeyboard places great emphasis on the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using PassKeyboard's services.

7. Rights and obligations

7.1 Account Usage Policy

7.1.1 The ownership of the PassKeyboard account is owned by Muuzi Technology After the user completes the application for registration, he or she will obtain the right to use the PassKeyboard account, and the right to use belongs only to the initial applicant. At the same time, the initial application registrant may not give, borrow, lease, transfer or sell the PassKeyboard account or otherwise permit the non-initial application registrant to use the PassKeyboard account. Non-initial application registrants may not use the PassKeyboard account by granting, inheriting, renting, assigning, or otherwise.

7.1.2 The user is responsible for the safekeeping of the information of the registered account. The user is responsible for the behavior of the registered account. The User agrees not to disclose the account and the information required for the login to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone else is using your account, you should immediately notify Muuzi Technology

7.1.3 After registering the PassKeyboard account, the user has the right to contact Muuzi Technology to completely cancel the account, and any losses caused by the user are borne by the user. To cancel the account, you need to provide the verification information for negotiating.

7.2 User Notes

7.2.1 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with an effective service, the Software will utilize resources such as the processor and bandwidth of your terminal equipment. The cost of data traffic may be generated during the use of the software. Users are required to know the relevant tariff information from the operator and bear the relevant expenses.

7.2.2 When you use the software, you need to allow the software to obtain some device permissions, including:

7.2.2.1 Full network access rights (including cellular mobile networks and WiFi wireless networks) are used to log in/register for accounts, cloud backup data, and so on.

7.2.2.2 Reading the status and identity of the mobile phone is the necessary permission of the WeChat Service SDK. It is only for declaration and will not apply for permission.

7.2.3 Because the software uses the AES encryption algorithm and is subject to the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), you may not download or use PassKeyboard in regulated countries, including but not limited to Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, and North Korea. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms.

7.2.4 When you use a particular service of the Software, the service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. (collectively referred to as "individual agreements"). Please read and agree to the relevant services before using the service. Separate agreement.

8. Disclaimer and Risk

8.1 Disclaimer

8.1.1 You understand and agree that PassKeyboard makes no representations, warranties or representations as to the reliability, stability and consequences of the use of the Software. PassKeyboard does not provide any representations, warranties or promises, including but not limited to its merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

8.1.2 You understand and agree that PassKeyboard will use its commercial reasonable efforts to secure your data storage in the Software and Services. However, PassKeyboard is not responsible for the loss or storage failure of your data in the Software and Services.

8.1.3 PassKeyboard is not obligated to return any data to you if PassKeyboard forces the Software and the services provided to be stopped, terminated or cancelled due to business adjustments or poor company operations.

8.1.4 In the event of any malfunction or vulnerability in the Software, your sole remedy shall be to allow PassKeyboard to commercially adjust and repair the Software reasonably and effortably. PassKeyboard periodically repairs, enhances, and upgrades the software.

8.2 Force Majeure

8.2.1 PassKeyboard is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. The force majeure referred to in these Terms of Service includes: changes in natural disasters, laws and regulations or government directives, reasons specific to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators, computer or Internet related technical defects, Internet coverage restrictions, computers Viruses, hacking attacks and other factors, and other objective situations that are unforeseeable and cannot be avoided and cannot be overcome within the legal scope.

8.2.2 When the user uses the third-party website linked in the software, the user may bear the risk caused by the third-party website and related content.

8.3 Third Party Service Risk

8.3.1 The software may invoke products or services provided by third parties, including but not limited to third-party platform account authorization fast login (WeChat), data cloud storage (Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. cloud server), software abnormal crash data statistics (Tencent Bugly), software security hardening. PassKeyboard does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertainties of the services and content provided by third parties, and any disputes and damages arising therefrom are not related to PassKeyboard. PassKeyboard does not assume any responsibility or liability. Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. is the world's leading cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology company under the Alibaba Group of China. Tencent Bugly is a mobile application exception reporting and operational statistics service launched by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. in China.

8.3.2 When you use products or services provided by third parties in the Software, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, you should also abide by the third party user agreement. PassKeyboard and third parties are responsible for any disputes that may arise within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.

9. User Code of Conduct

9.1 Content Specification

9.1.1 The information contained in this section refers to the information generated during the process of using the software and services, including but not limited to the PassKeyboard account avatar, name, storage information, and other content generated by using the PassKeyboard account or the software and services. .

9.1.2 You understand and agree that PassKeyboard has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy and standardized network environment. You may not add content that interferes with the normal operation of PassKeyboard and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not Limited to:

9.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, transmit, and store content that is prohibited by laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China:

(1) violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honors and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;

(5) Destroy the national religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetment;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, demonstrations, demonstrations, gatherings to disrupt social order;

(10) Acting as an illegal civil society organization;

(11) does not meet the "seven bottom line" requirements of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate interests, public order, social morality and information authenticity;

(12) Contains other content prohibited by law or administrative regulations.

9.1.2.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legal rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

9.1.2.3 Involving the privacy, personal information or information of others;

9.1.2.5 Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, social ethics, or interferes with the normal operation of PassKeyboard and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

In case of any violation of any kind of behavior, Muuzi Technology will pursue legal redress and demand compensation for economic losses.

9.2 Software Usage Specification

You may not engage in the following acts while using the Software:

9.2.1 Remove information about copyright on the Software and its copies;

9.2.2 Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software;

9.2.3 Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, publish, create mirror sites, etc. of PassKeyboard's intellectual property;

9.2.4 The data released to the memory of any terminal during the running of the software or the software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software, Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, or creating any derivative work, including but not limited to access to the Software and related systems using plug-ins, plug-ins, or non-PassKeyboard authorized third-party tools/services;

9.2.5 By modifying or forging the instructions and data in the software operation, adding, deleting, changing the function or operation effect of the software, or operating or using the software or method for the above purposes. Public communication, whether or not these actions are for commercial purposes;

9.2.6 Log in or use PassKeyboard software and services through non-PassKeyboard development, authorized third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, or create, publish, and distribute these tools;

9.2.7 Interfere with the software, its components, modules and data by yourself or by authorizing others or third party software;

9.2.8 Upload, post, email or transmit any material containing software viruses, Trojans, worms, deliberate interference/destruction/defacement or restricted use/access or restrictions on software functionality.

9.2.9 Upload, post, email or transmit any material that contains infringement of the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

9.2.10 Other acts not expressly authorized by PassKeyboard.

In case of any violation of any kind of behavior, Muuzi Technology will pursue legal redress and demand compensation for economic losses.

9.3 Default Processing

You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claims, claims or losses claimed by or in connection with your breach of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of Service; PassKeyboard suffers losses as a result of your breach of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of Service. You should also pay compensation together.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Muuzi Technology is the intellectual property right holder (organization) of the software. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of the software, as well as all information related to the software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, related data Or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. Muuzi Technology enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders shall enjoy in accordance with the law.

10.2 You may not implement, utilize or transfer such intellectual property rights, for any commercial or non-commercial use, without the prior written consent of PassKeyboard or the relevant rights holder.

11. Terminal Security Responsibility

11.1 You understand and agree that the Software, like most Internet software, may be subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; and may be subject to various security issues, including However, it is not limited to illegal use of user data by others to carry out actual harassment; other software downloaded or installed by users may contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs, which may threaten your terminal device information and data security, and then affect The normal use of the software, etc. Therefore, you should strengthen the information security and personal information protection awareness, pay attention to password protection, so as not to suffer losses.

11.2 You may not create, publish, use or transmit malicious programs used to steal PassKeyboard accounts and other people's personal information or property. In case of any violation of any kind of behavior, Muuzi Technology will pursue legal redress and demand compensation for economic losses.

11.3 You may not use PassKeyboard on Android devices that have root privileges. We cannot guarantee the security of your data, and any loss is at your own risk.

11.4 You may not use PassKeyboard on iOS devices that have already implemented iOS Jailbreaking. We cannot guarantee the security of your data, and any loss caused by the user is at your own risk.

11.5 Maintaining Software Security and Normal Use is a shared responsibility of PassKeyboard and you. PassKeyboard will take reasonable and prudent measures to protect your terminal device information and data security in accordance with industry standards, but you acknowledge and agree that PassKeyboard cannot provide full assurance.

11.6 Under no circumstances should you be convinced of your password or other behavior involving account information, please be sure to verify your identity.

12. Third Party Services or Technology

12.1 The Software may use third party services or technology (including open source code and public domain code that may be used by the Software, etc.), which has been legally authorized.

12.2 If the software uses third-party services or technologies, PassKeyboard will, in accordance with relevant regulations or conventions, package related protocols or other documents, possibly through the annexes to this agreement, in specific folders of the software installation package, or through open source software. Presentations are made in the form of pages, etc., which may be expressed in the form of a Software License Agreement, a License Agreement, an Open Source Code License, or other form. The foregoing agreements, other documents and web pages displayed in various forms are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and you shall abide by these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state agency may file a lawsuit, fine or other sanction, and ask PassKeyboard for assistance, and you are solely responsible for it.

12.3 Any dispute arising from third party services or technology used by the Software shall be resolved by the third party and PassKeyboard shall not be held liable. PassKeyboard does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact a third party.

13. Other

13.1 Your use of the Software is deemed to have been read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. PassKeyboard reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service or any of its features or functionality as necessary without prior notice. You can review the terms of the agreement in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this Agreement have been changed, if you continue to use the Software, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.

13.2 The place of signing this agreement is Chaoyang District, Beijing, the People's Republic of China.

13.3 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (excluding the Conflict of Laws).

13.4 If there is any dispute or dispute between you and PassKeyboard, you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where the agreement is signed.

13.5 The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

13.6 The terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
